These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and the Google Business Profile management service (the "Service") provided by Wiblis ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Wiblis helps businesses manage their Google Business Profile, including profile optimisation, AI-assisted replies to customer reviews and competitor analysis. We may add, change or remove features from time to time.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the business you register.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Google account connection

To use core features you must connect a Google account with access to the relevant Business Profiles. You authorise us to access and manage that data on your behalf to provide the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this access at any time, which will disable the dependent features.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to publish content that is false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory or that violates Google's policies.
• Post fake or incentivised reviews, or otherwise manipulate ratings in breach of Google's guidelines.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, disrupt it, or reverse engineer it.
• Use the Service to infringe the rights of others or violate any applicable law.

You are solely responsible for content published to your Google Business Profile through the Service, including AI-generated replies you approve.

5. Subscriptions, fees and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select.
• Fees are charged through our payment processor. You authorise recurring charges until you cancel.
• Unless stated otherwise or required by law, fees are non-refundable.
• We may change pricing on renewal; we will give reasonable notice before a change takes effect.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Trials and credits

Where a free trial, credit or promotional offer is provided, it is subject to the terms stated at the time of the offer and may be modified or withdrawn.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and content, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. You retain ownership of your business data and content.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including Google, and is subject to their availability and terms. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions or availability of third-party services.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will improve your search ranking, reviews or revenue.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wiblis will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
